Information You Submit
Search forms send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the outside provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those queries. When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send and use them to answer the message.
Automatic Technical Data
Our hosting service creates ordinary logs that can include an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and time stamps. Aggregated logs help us diagnose faults and see which content is useful. Cookies or similar tools may also support basic analytics and advertising measurement where used.
How the Data Is Used
We use this limited information to run the service, repair technical problems, assess traffic, and improve content. We neither sell a visitor list nor assemble individual browsing profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to Riverside County and California government portals, courts, libraries, archives, and outside search services. Their privacy terms govern information entered on their systems. The same is true of sponsored search results, which an independent provider supplies.
Parties That Process Data
Hosting and support vendors process technical logs for us. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic data already described. We may disclose available data when valid legal process requires it, but do not otherwise distribute visitor information.
Security and Retention
An encrypted connection serves the website. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for the stated uses. Since Riverside People Search has no user accounts, it holds no account password or profile for a visitor.
Visitors Under 18
This service is for adults and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly gather personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us if a minor supplied personal details so we can remove what we control.
Your California Privacy Rights
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, may give eligible residents rights concerning access, correction, deletion, and sharing of personal data. The Delete Act also created DROP, a state mechanism for deletion requests to registered data brokers. Because we retain little visitor data, a request will usually involve our contact mailbox or technical logs. Use the Contact page to ask. Records held by Riverside, Riverside County, California agencies, or courts remain under each custodian's control, so requests about those records must go to that office.
Policy Revisions
Any revised policy will appear here. Using Riverside People Search after an update means you accept the version then posted.
